New Acts and Other Attractions...

One month to go and things are really hotting up, lets hope the weather does too. So to keep everything bubbling along nicely, we've added a few more acts to the lineup. Making their south coast debut at Loop this year, will be uber cool Londoners Filthy Dukes and Liverpool masked upstarts Wave Machines. Also Loop Late is finally formed and tickets available online and in the shops.

Having promised that Loop wasn't just about the musical line up, which is admittedly pretty hot, we've added a full run down of everything else which will be taking place on the day, including just what Warp Films and Modern toss will be up to. We also welcome back two of last years much loved attraction The digital Fun fair and the All time Top 100 Ice Cream Van, and unveil 3 installations commissioned especially for Loop.

So, Loop has awoken from its winter hibernation and is emerging into the daylight for 2008 like a well-rested grizzly bear. With larger tents and two open stages among the four main areas, all in the same central Brighton location, this year’s event is looking genuinely bigger and better than our 2007 debut.

And there’s a line-up to match: New Young Pony Club, Holy Fuck, Caribou, The Nostalgia 77 Octet, Peggy Sue And The Pirates, Fulborn Teversham and Planning To Rock are already confirmed, with many more acts to be announced shortly.

This year also sees a substantially expanded LoopLate programme, spread across multiple venues with a separate ticket offering entry to all LoopLate venues (Including a substantial discount for Loop ticket holders).
